Don't Just Take My Word For It.
I decided to start my lifestyle change through Shape after a long struggle with pain, sleep issues, allergies, anxiety and weight gain. After 3 weeks I noticed my pain getting better, I was becoming more active & aware of my eating habits. 3 months and I am loving the way I feel. Trying to break the cycle of my emotional eating has been difficult for me. Having Peg there to guide me, give me different suggestions and to have someone to share wins and loses with has been a great benefit. My journey will last a lifetime. I want to treat my body right, heal my body with food, and who doesn't mind losing some weight in the process? I know I have Peg rooting for me no matter how long or short the journey.
